Nikon Z6 @ Insane High ISO

I could not believe how dark the venue at Lips Atlanta was, but the Nikon Z6 took on the challenge and didn’t disappoint.

We celebrated the birthdays of Dorie Griggs, my wife, and my daughter Chelle. 60 and 21 are milestones that deserve a big celebration.

Even the stage wasn’t super bright. I was shooting at ISO 20000 to get good results.

I am not expecting ISO 51200 to look like ISO 100, but being able to take photos in that low light without a flash is incredible.

Years ago, shooting film above ISO 800 was only possible in black and white. Shooting color, you had to just light venues.

This camera is just incredible in so many ways. This shows you the high ISO capability.
