Time Of Day Can Be Everything

I believe one of the best times of day to take photos outside is Twilight. Just compare this top photo to this one from a different time of day.

[DJI Air 2S, 22.4 mm f/2.8, Mode = Manual, ISO 100, 1/250, ƒ/2.8, (35mm = 22)]

This can be summed up as the difference from everything in the photo getting the same amount of light or like a spot light on the stage, when you light just some of the scene is more appealing.

Again another Drone shot from different perspective and different time of day to compare.

Another difference is the type of light during the day also can make a difference. This one below is with very little clouds. The one above it is with cloudy conditions.

[DJI Air 2S, 22.4 mm f/2.8, Mode = Manual, ISO 100, 1/5000, ƒ/2.8, (35mm = 22)]
[DJI Air 2S, 22.4 mm f/2.8, Mode = Manual, ISO 1130, 1/4, ƒ/2.8, (35mm = 22)]

My suggestion is whenever you can, make pictures at twilight.
